Returns and Refunds
You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags on and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or invoice.
If items are returned after the 30 days, but are returned in new condition the buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
No items will be refunded if returned used. We reserve the right to ship items back to you with no refund if they arrive to us in used conditioned.
We do not offer free return shipping. We are happy to pay return shipping costs, from the original shipping destination, if we sent you the wrong item or if you received an item with a manufacturers defect. We are not responsible for return shipping costs for sizing, color, style, fit, or similar issues. We are not responsible for return shipping from a new location, different from where the package was originally sent.
All sales are final on clearance or promotional sale items (30% off or more). Really we just want you to be happy and stoked on the gear we send. Now get outside and go have fun!

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged please send it back and we can send it off to be warrantied. All warranties are subject to the warranty department of the brand and are not guaranteed. If the brand finds the product to be warrantied they will either repair or replace the item. If they review the product and find the product to be defective or damaged by reasons of normal wear and tear they will return the product to us and we will then send the item back to the buyer. Once again all warranties are not guaranteed.
We can indeed special order products for customers based on availability however we are unable to accept returns on special orders.
