The Obex MIPS is one of the lightest ski and snowboard helmets in its class yet is adaptable enough to be ideal for a wide variety of riding conditions. Developed using our whole-helmet approach to comfort, fit and performance, the Obex MIPS features front and rear chimneys for natural ventilation. Integrated vents allow steam to escape from goggles. The helmet shares the same acclaimed adjustment system as in other helmets in the Obex family, allowing for easy and secure adjustment without a need to change padding.

  • Multi-Directional Impact Protection System - Reduces and dissipates rotational forces placed on the head by an impact, for added safety.
  • Fixed Goggle Clip - Secures your goggles, even when propped on your helmet, from becoming lost under the lifts.
  • Fixed Goggle Chimney - Matches with goggle vents to allow steam to evacuate through the helmet.
  • PC and ABS Shell - Polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blend delivers a lightweight wear, feel and protection.
  • In-Mold Construction - EPS Liner, or Expanded polystyrene foam, is included for shock absorption and bonded to the outer shell.
  • Detachable Ear Padding - Detachable ear padding offers totally flexible ventilation control.
