Request Return

THE DETAILS:

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags on and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or invoice.

We charge a $7.95 flat shipping fee for returns. If we sent you the wrong item, we are happy to pay return shipping costs from the original shipping destination.

If items are returned after 30 days from when you receive your order, but are returned in new condition, the buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns older than 90 days from the date you purchased it, no exceptions.

No items will be fully refunded if returned used. If the item is returned in used condition, it is subject to a 50% - 100% restocking fee.

All sales are final on clearance or promotional sale items (30% off or more). 

Really, we just want you to be happy and stoked on the gear we send. Now get outside and go have fun!

WARRANTIES:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy, we may have you send it back to us so it can be shipped to the manufacturer to be warrantied.  All warranties are subject to the warranty department of the brand and are not guaranteed.

If the brand finds the product to be warrantied, they will either repair or replace the item.  If they review the product and find it to be defective or damaged by reasons of abuse or impact damage (from a crash, by rocks, stumps, rails, jumps, etc.), they will return the product to Alpine East and we will then send the item back to you.  Once again, all warranties are not guaranteed.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We can indeed special order products for customers based on availability however we are unable to accept returns on special orders.
