Always taking safety in consideration, Smith uses innovation to bring protection for junior skiers and snowboarders to a new level with the Prospect Jr. Equipped with MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System), the Prospect Jr. has an inner shell that can rotate upon impact to reduce rotational forces to the brain. Found in some Smith adult helmets; the Aerocore Construction featuring Koroyd, creates an ultra-lightweight feel with unmatched protection found in junior helmets. Koroyd can crumple on impact and absorb energy. The new Grow With Me Technology has two different stage liners. Stage 1 for when your little one needs a fit between 48-52cm, and stage 2 that fits between 52-56cm. This helmet grows with the size of your child's head. To work together with the Grow With Me Technology, the Adjustable Dial Fit System has micro adjustments to deliver a perfect and safe fit. Smith's Regulator Adjustable Climate Control allows your little skier to control 14 Vents, while the AirEvac Ventilation pulls warm, moist air out of the back of the helmet and cool air in. If you want the most innovative helmet for junior skiers, the Smith Prospect Jr. is the perfect match for seasons to come.
